💳 Partial Refunds
They can be granted in cases such as:
- 📚 Books with signs of use
- 💿 CDs, DVDs, games or vinyl already opened
- 🔧 Damaged or incomplete products
- 📅 Returns made after 15 days

- We receive and inspect the product.
- You receive a approval or rejection email.
- If approved, the amount is returned to the same payment method.
