Return and Refund Policy

ReturnsWe offer returns and/or exchanges within the first 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

ExceptionsSome products are exempt from return:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, etc.).
  • Intimate or sanitary items.
  • Hazardous or flammable materials.
  • Chips, chipsets, or electronic components that are out of their packaging or show signs of use.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software.
  • Some health and personal care products.
Partial RefundsIn certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refund ProcessOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing RefundsIf you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Please check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There's often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund yet, please write to us at mastertrend@mastertrend.info.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please write to us at mastertrend@mastertrend.infoWe'll contact the postal service so they can pick up the item. You can also exchange the item for another of equal value.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver decided to send the item to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

ShippingTo return your product, contact us at mastertrend@mastertrend.infoWe will contact the postal service to arrange for them to pick up the product.

You are responsible for returning shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
